Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

All products sold in this store are digital goods (downloadable bingo cards). Once your purchase is completed and the files are made available for download, they are considered delivered immediately.

Because digital products cannot be “returned,” all sales are generally final.


2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once:

  • The order has been completed, and
  • The download link or files have been accessed or delivered

Please make sure you review your order carefully before purchasing.


3. EU / German Consumer Law (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are located in the European Union (including Germany), you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

However, by purchasing and downloading our digital products, you agree that:

  • The performance begins immediately after purchase
  • You expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content
  • You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins

This is in accordance with EU consumer protection rules for digital content.


4. Exceptions

We may offer a refund or replacement only in the following cases:

  • You received a corrupted or unreadable file and we cannot fix it
  • You were charged multiple times for the same order
  • You did not receive your download link due to a technical error and we cannot resolve it

If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
