2. Subject Matter of the Contract
We sell digital products in the form of downloadable bingo card files (PDF files and related printable materials).
No physical products are shipped.
All products are delivered electronically after successful payment.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By completing the checkout process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase.
The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order or provision of the download link.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are final prices.
Payment is processed via the payment methods shown in the checkout process (e.g. PayPal, credit card, or other payment providers).
5. Delivery of Digital Content
Digital products are made available for download immediately after successful payment.
The customer receives a download link via email and/or on the order confirmation page.
No shipping costs apply.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Products)
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
However, for digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once:
- the customer has expressly agreed that performance begins immediately, and
- the customer has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal once download begins.
By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to immediate delivery of the digital content.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not possible once the files have been downloaded or access has been granted.
If there are technical issues preventing access to the files, the customer may contact us for assistance.
8. Usage Rights
All bingo cards and digital materials are provided for personal use only.
The customer is not permitted to:
- resell the files
- share or distribute the files
- upload the files publicly
- modify and redistribute the content
All intellectual property rights remain with the seller.
9. Availability of Digital Products
We strive to ensure continuous availability of download links. However, temporary technical issues may occur.
The customer is responsible for ensuring they can open PDF files and access downloads.
10. Liability
We are not liable for:
- printing errors caused by the customer’s device or printer
- incompatibility of file formats with user software
- improper use of the digital products
We are only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence as required by law.

12. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
