After payment, you’ll receive an instant download link on the order confirmation page and by email.
Do I need an account to purchase?
No. You can checkout as a guest. If you create an account, you can access your downloads later from your account dashboard.

Downloads
When will I receive my files?
Immediately after successful payment.
I haven’t received my download email. What should I do?
- Check your spam/junk folder.
- Search for your order confirmation email.
- Log into your account and visit the Downloads section.
- Contact us if you still can’t access your files ( email : info@midigistore.shop ).
Can I download my files again later?
Yes. If you created an account, you can re-download your purchases from your account dashboard.

Download the PDF and print at home or through a local print shop.
What paper should I use?

Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds cannot be provided once files have been downloaded.
However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
